Fadi is a Partner with Star Sail, bringing over a decade of financial industry experience, an MBA, CRC certification, and more than fifteen years of corporate management expertise. He is known for his holistic, client-focused approach—providing individuals, families, and small businesses with customized strategies to navigate the future confidently—while also being an active member of his community, husband, and father of three.

Rena is a Partner at Star Sail, bringing her expertise in bookkeeping, payables, receivables, and HR/payroll with a strong background in information technology, retail management, and financial operations. Outside of work, she’s an avid gardener, an accomplished cook across several cuisines, and a proud mom of four.

Originally from Townsend, MA, Ashley spent several years in Florida and Kentucky pursuing her passion as a professional equestrian trainer before transitioning into business administration, where she discovered a strong interest in finance and operations. In her current role, she supports the team through administrative assistance, client engagement, and outreach, while enjoying hiking, gardening, leatherworking, reading, and time with family and friends outside of work.
Ashley Carkin
Administrative Assistant
Lisa joins our team as an Enrolled Agent to head our new tax division. She has extensive knowledge of the US tax code, preparing business and personal returns, and navigating IRS obligations and compliance. Outside of work, Lisa is an avid camper who loves to cook and bake. She spends time with her husband, three kids, and granddaughter.
